Sometime in 2015-2017 i picked up a book from my library about a YA teen dystopia where everyone (don't remember the reason) had a twin/clone and when they reached a certain age they had to fight each other to the death until there was only one standing. I think it took place in the same city or area, and the main character was a girl who was about to turn that age where she had to death-match her twin. I didn't read past the first chapter so i'm almost definitely misremembering some key details, but I do remember being intrigued by the premise.

i'd really appreciate if anyone else remembers a book like this!
