I Pick Candyfloss By Jacqueline Wilson because Thanks to my Mum, I Got to Meet Miss Wilson at the Theatre Seven in 2009.Candyfloss
I pick American Panda, because it's one of my favorite books and it kind of inspired me a little bit.
Well, I am a disabled RN and I think I am very thankful for modern mediciene. Although our current administration doesn't believe in science except when it suits them, the past treatments were far worse! I plan on reading Quackery: A Brief History of the Worst Ways to Cure Everything.
I plan to re-read
One Perfect Day by Lauraine Snelling - a heartwrenching drama that is still inpirational, the main topics are grief/death, organ donation and its impact on two families.

Since I'm in much more pain after my operation than I expected I had to change my book(s) to inspiring and uplisftng and doubt I'll read One Perfect Day this month. So I decided to read
The Christmas Bus by Melody Carlson 4* 11/15 - this author's Christmas stories are usually rather edgy but therefore/still inspirational and this one didn't dissapoint
99 gute Gründe, das Leben zu feiern by Rainer Haak 3* 11/21/ lit. transl: 99 Good Reasons To Celebrate The Life - the title is self-speaking - wasn't as good as I expected but at 2nd attempt I read itWhile reading
If You Lived Here, I'd Know Your Name: News from Small-Town Alaska by Heather Lende 3* 11/16 I realised it fits here as well. The author is an orbituary writer for a small Alascan newspaper but the sotries she tells in this book are mostly life-embracing and many of them inspirational as well.
I read
An Elephant in the Garden. It is was very inspirational. Follow this thread to my review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...Enjoy Read,
La Tonya 📚
Just finished Tracy Chevalier's 'A Single Thread' - a historical fiction novel about Louisa Pesel, the first president of the Embroiderers' Guild, an embroiderer and textile collector in the early 1900s who brought people together post WWI and directed them towards the comfort of needles, thread, fabrics, patterns and stitches, while embroidering for cathedrals.

This sounds like something I could really like so I added it to my Amazon watch list.
