This is such a happy coincidence - I actually started it a smidge early as my November is jam packed and I didn't really like it. I was going to slog through as it was my suggestion but now I can remove that pressure.

Mods, can you please remove my suggestion for The Man Who Died Twice from November as I no longer wish to read it either? Thanks!

Hi Elaine. Me too. My library hold came early so I started it and I didn't like it much. I read the first book thinking it might change for the second one but it's still the same.

Is anyone interested in reading Ruthless Magic in December (and then potentially continuing books #2 in January and February 2022).

I read the prequel for this series and found it surprisingly enjoyable, though I don't think you need to have read it to read the main series as the characters are different and the plot is separate I believe!
