There's a book out there about a girl (she's the main character) who sees emotions as physical people. Only she can see them, hope, fear, sadness, etc. I don't think she has parents, but she lives with an abusive family (idk stepparent?). She has a romance with Fear. Towards the end of the book it's found out that she lost her memory but then recovers it.
I remember the cover being orange? With leaves? IDK.

I read this book a few years ago. In between 2012-2018
YA Romance/Fantasy/Fiction
I believe the author wrote another book but with different emotions as the main character.
