When I say dystopian, I'm pretty sure there's some sort of rebellion that the main guy is part of and then the girl joins. Then the second boy finds them there.
It's a few years ago, I remember reading it when I was around 15/17 and I'm 22 now.
I think at first the reader thinks the boy may have kidnapped the girl bc she doesn't know where she is and he has all the answers but I don't think he did in the end. I know they fall in love and it gets ~~~steamy~~~
