SOLVED. Children's Picture book I read in the 70s about a rabbit that gets scared and then gets mad at being scared. Simple black and white drawings. [s]

This was a small paperback children's picture book that I had as a kid in the 70s. Red cover, with simple black and white drawings. All I can really remember is that the MC was a rabbit and another character (another type of animal) scared him and then he got really mad. I can remember the picture of him being angry was close up with an obviously angry facial expression.

I have no idea if this was popular or easily found. There is a small chance I got it at a Scholastic Book Fair at my school.
