Weird children's book from 80s with 3 panels

I was born in the early 80s and this image reminded me of a book i used to have. It had 3 sections to the pages: top , middle, and bottom parts of the page were each flip-able so you could create different pictures depending on how you flipped each part. I think they were all weird creatures like this:

Good to know what those books are called, but I don't see it on the list. It definitely was a lot weirder than any of those.
