I can't remember if I actually read this book or if it was recommended to me but there is a book where these parallel universes affect each other. One is in a fantasy world where this group is going on a quest and the outcome of this quest affects this other world where a young girl is battling with a terminal illness. I don't know/don't remember any specific plot details. I either read this or it was recommended to me about 2-3 years ago, so 2017 or 18 I think. Did I make this book up or does it actually exist??
