SOLVED. YA book where girl has “special abilities”, she’s on the run and her boyfriend use to be one of her “hunters” but changed his ways. [s]

I read this book within the last 5 years but it could be older than that. Some of my things might be slightly off but the book is about a girl who has some kind of special abilities. I think her mind has been erased, she might still know some stuff but doesnt remember everything because I remember she doesn’t recall her “boyfriend” when he shows up. She’s hiding out in a small town where *i think* she might work at a local grocery store. She lives in a house/cabin where you she has to get to it by boat. I think someone comes to kill her one day and that’s how she knows that they are there for her because there’s no other reason they’d be there. She ends up meeting her “boyfriend” at a bar/concert somewhere in town. Again, she doesn’t remember him but he’s checking up on her because he knows people are trying to kill her. I remember vaguely she has to get out of town because the killers found her. The “killers” are some sort of group that hunt people like her down. Skip ahead she ends up in Italy or Greece where she meets up with people that are like her. They go to some kind of underground club where they have to dress up but it’s good for them because they rarely get noticed/spotted that way. She and the boyfriend are doing well then she remembers (or he might tell her because one of the friends figured it out) that he also use to be one of the “killers” from the group. If I’m remembering correctly it’s like each killer is assigned a person and she was his but he ended up falling in love with her. *super spoiler alert* At the very end of the book she went to a religious area/church/etc and she found her baby, who she had with the boyfriend and then she remembered that’s part of the reason why she had her memories erased.
