Need Book Recommendations with Exciting Plots

Lost Gods is such a rich and dense book. For some it is somewhat dark,but at it core it is such a beautiful love story even though it's not apart if the romance genre it's more akin to horror fantasy. Hope this helps. If you do decide to read it I would love to hear your thoughts as well.

I recently read and enjoyed A Good Girl's Guide to Murder and A Bad Day for Sunshine and found they were quick paced and had a lot going on. The Last Place You Look, Caged and The Female of the Species (first line is "This is how I kill someone") are other books that spring to mind.

The Martian by Andy Weir is an absolute classic and is pretty exciting the whole way through especially if you’re a science nerd like me lol,, also i’m currently reading Pine by Francine Toon at the moment which is a spooky crime thriller and it’s not too long so the plot starts right away- i’m 2/3 through so can’t comment on if the endings good but so far i’m loving it !!
