I give platelets regularly. The blood bank always sends me messages of how many people I have helped. I m sure that it is to motivate me to give more blood. Yet, I do find it gratifying that I am helping others. However, I am a piker when it comes to this man. Please give, it actually helps people.
I gave blood regularly for many years until my doc told me I had an iron deficiency and I mentioned that I donated blood, and he said STOP DOING THAT!

I do not trust the WEF to clean its own house. This smacks of an internal coup.
Nothing says, "Protecting Democracy," like banning the most popular political party in a country. While not literally banned, this is a precursor step.

Given the EU overturned the Romanian election and then the popular conservative politician was banned from participating in elections, it's clear the EU will not allow a popular, conservative party to win.

The psychological dissonance in that article is palpable. The DEI cult's Newspeak is quickly approaching a singularity.

I suspect he is gaming the system. This should tie them all up in knots.

Well....We seem to be in a pause. I think Bibi's bombs in Qatar, lit a fire under Trump to do a deal in Palestine. Now, Trump can do a little victory dance. And Bibi is getting the stink eye from the really far right people in his government who wanted to finish it.
Meanwhile, the Iranians are on the back foot. Their air force has to have been annihilated. Trump has demonstrated he is ready, willing, and able to rain fire upon them. And their "allies" in Moscow and Beijing did nothing. On top of all that, their drought conditions are getting so bad they're talking about moving their capital closer to the gulf.
Not time for a victory dance yet. Hamas still has to return hostages and disarm. What are the chances of that happening? Bibi has full permission to finish things if Hamas doesn't hold up its end.
Gotta thank Trump for the release of the hostages. A true moment of national joy after a long period of despair. Were it not for Trump, Bibi would probably drag senseless (since hamas mostly hides and lays ambushes) forever (till next elections). Thank you, Donald. When it’s due, it’s due.If to talk about behind the scenes - Kushner seems much more practical than Witkoff, who hasn’t particularly impressed neither on russian front nor on ME.
Looked like Trump enjoyed many standing ovations in Knesset, while a day before Kushner didn’t even attempt to hide laughing when Israeli street hailed Trumped and booed Bibi during Witkoff’s speech to thousands in attendance welcoming hostages’ deal.
Hello,As promised, I’m going to give you some news from my country, France. For the past year and a half, we’ve been going from one government to another, from one censorship to the next. Today, our country is in a disastrous state — politically and financially. No one has wanted, for a very long time now, the President we currently have. We, the French citizens, hope — by an overwhelming majority — that he will resign, along with all political parties (except his own, though at this point he must be its only remaining member…), and we want to return to the polls and vote again.
But this President is EXTREMELY attached to his position… So he listens to no one, keeps creating governments that collapse one after another just to buy time, leaving us with increasingly harsh living conditions and making us poorer. He is preventing the whole country from functioning: companies can’t move forward because no State budget can be voted, which means they no longer hire people, nor invest, out of fear for the future.
We are still, even today, waiting for the latest political scheming — to see whether or not the newly formed government will be censured. Part of the political class is so attached to their current positions that they prefer to act against the will of the people, just to keep their precious seats in the sun.
We believe we live in a democracy, but we do not. The only day democracy truly exists in this country is the day we are allowed to vote… And even that, today, is being denied to us, because this man — like a dictator — seems to take pleasure in watching his people suffer.
This is what France has turned into today.
Yes, elections are the orgasm of democracy (just one of the threads 🧵 we have in the group) 😎Sarkozy will soon serve time, Macron will leave too sooner or later, probably sooner as the governments don’t last. Hope France and EU in general will have an upturn. Is immigration a big issue in France 🇫🇷?

Sorry for the late reply! But I was waiting to see the results of all their political shenanigans and indeed what I predicted happened, to keep their positions, they voted against the people. In short, to answer your question, yes, the subject of immigration is, we can say, the general problem, the fed-up feeling of the French. The fact that they refuse elections today is largely because of this, because the French are so tired of all this, that the party that is equivalent to the party of your US President would certainly win, and they want to avoid this at all costs.
