sci-fi book about a girl whose mother is an AI, post-apocalyptic type

i read this book probably when i was in elementary school (7-10 years ago), and i remember it being a thick book, probably 1500+ pages. the first scene was the protagonist waking up in her home, which was an underground bunker. her mother-figure was some sort of ai or perhaps a robot. the protagonist also had a suit that would tell her what her bodily needs were and some sort of little sidekick robot pet creature... i think? i can't remember that for sure. she went upstairs into some post-apocalyptic wasteland with very little plant life. i don't remember the plot of the book; all i know is it was a lovely book, or at least i thought so at the time, and i'd like to re-read it so if anyone knows the title that would be greatly appreciated. thank you! and if you need more information don't hesitate to ask bc i might remember more than i think i do <3

This reminds me of the movie 'I am Mother' which is loosely based on the book 'The Search for WondLa'. Could that be it?
