I do remember that there was a redhead girl on the cover and that after her mother dies in child birth her father (pretty sure he's a lord) gets rid of her by sending her away for another family to take care of her, after years past she becomes friends with rhe prince and falls in love with him. When her father finally sends for her she finds out plans to end the prince's life so she goes to find him and when a battle comenses she acts as a warrior of christ and after the battle becomes a lady knight... i think? also she has a necklace or gift from the prince, she also has a new step mother and a "mute" step sister
