SOLVED. Young children's book about cows jumping over the moon. [s]

This children's book was probably made in the mid 90s as the theme was female empowerment. All of the cows were females. They were all trying to jump over the moon with different tricks. One was an astronaut, one used trampolines, and I think one even used a slingshot. The cow that won, did so by pole vaulting.
