SOLVED. YA Fantasy Romance book where the characters either can travel in super speed or can teleport and there is a war between those 2 groups? [s]

This is something I read around 7-8 years ago (around 2012-13 although the book may be older). I don't remember a lot and think it falls under YA fantasy romance.

So the main characters are what they call drifters (I think that's what they called for someone with super speed ability. I forgot the name for teleportation kind of ability) The main reason for the feud is not known at the beginning of the story. The teleporter main leader used to be friends with a drifter. And due to some issue with the drifter and his wife (I think the issue is related to their relationship, but honestly I am confused in this. I am also not sure if the drifter wife's ability is drifting or teleporting but I think it's teleporting), they have bad blood. And the teleporter guy is angry and hence the war. Those drifter couples are dead already at the beginning of the story and the main heroine is the daughter. ( I forgot most of the hero moments, but the hero is a drifter I think)

There is romance too (clean romance from what I remember). So in the end, hero and heroine meet the teleporter guy, and then we know the story behind the war. It is also said that teleporters have more advantages when it comes to fighting rather than drifters. I think the fight is where the girl shows teleporter ability too and they win.
