I can't provide much information about this book, and I hope I didn't just dream it. I remember reading it early 2000s (2000-2005). There's a boy who has a lot of freckles, and I think he's counted all of them and knows the number. I think there's like a wizard or some other evil person who tries to take his freckles? I feel like they were magical. The wizard steals all the boy's freckles except the one on the boy's eye because the wizard didn't know it existed, so the boy defeats the wizard. I feel like it was called "Freckletopia" or something like that, but I can't find anything about it.
