I'm Looking for a book i read in the 90s where the hero was kidnapped by his father as a child but ran away himself to his old neighborhood where he found our his father had lied when he said his mother and siblings were dead. He's now an adult and part of their agency where they find missing kids. The romance is with a mom of a missing child.
