It’s my first read, I loved The Time Machine so I’m looking forward to this one. I think this has been on my radar since I saw the Claude Rains movie decades ago, but it was never on my TBR.
My first time reading anything by H.G.Wells, who is known as the father of SciFi. I've never been a big fan of SciFi, but will try this one to see if I can learn to like the genre better.

first time that i partake in a group reading and i'm really excited for this book, hope it goes well
I'm joining in! This is my first time reading it, and this month is the first time I'm joining in on Group reads. (I am doing more than this one, but it's among the first.) I only recently created my TBR, so it hasn't been on it long. I have never really read any sci-fi, and only seen a few movies, so it'll be a new experience for me!
I'm very excited to read along with others, as well as try a new genre! :)
I started reading The Invisible Man yesterday, and I’m already excited to see what happens. I too have been thinking about Ellison’s book.
Just starting the audiobook. I've never read this one before and it's only my second HG Wells.Looking forward to it!
I am really struggling to get into this one. I'm a little disappointed in myself for not enjoying it. How can I call myself a sci-fi fan if I don't like H.G. Wells?! Anyway, I'm going to power through and hopefully it will get better.
I've just started reading the book and I must say I'm quite surprised. I don't usually enjoy sci-fi but I really like this one (at least for now)
