SOLVED. YA novel about a privileged girl who after a certain age is considered dangerous in society. [s]

I read this book many years go. Maybe 7? This girl is deemed dangerous in society and they have a mark or something on them separating them from everyone else I think? She is in high school and once she is deemed dangerous she has to go to a different school. Or at least a different part of her school. Her and other kids are taught In a basement I believe and they are locked in this cage with the teacher. And there is maybe 6 other students and they are all like her. One time she goes to the bathroom and the teacher follows her and tells her if she does sexual things he will not make her life he’ll at school like he does with the other students. She also goes to a party one time and slaps her boyfriend I believe and then almost gets arrested because she is so dangerous everyone is scared of her. And the guy that’s in her class gives her a ride home because it’s very dangerous for her to be out after curfew and because she harmed someone. I also think they maybe go to a camp where all the same dangerous kids are held but I’m not sure. I’ve been trying to find this book for months please help!:)
