YA books about towns where life is just a little too good to be true

I'm looking for YA (middle grade) books about towns/neighborhoods/cities (basically just places where communities live) where everything is so perfect, it's suspicious and something is just a little bit off. examples of books like this might be Eventown and Masterminds (I'm not sure how to turn the title into a link to the goodreads page, sorry). these books would probably be dystopia, and also sort of mystery. preferably no romance. thanks so much!
