He lifted his mattress up and pulled out his Meth stash, needing relief, needing to forget.

When the meth worn off he sighed and got up, not knowing why he let the girl get to him. He didn't even know her. Maybe he could go find someone to hook up with for the night...

Then he ran into the girl again. WHY?! he thought to himself, she barely moved from the night before. She was pale and looked like she was freezing. He couldn't help himself, he went over and picked her up off the floor. He didn't care what she said anymore. She didn't mean it. He knew it. He started walking back to the apartment.

He shook his head, not doing as she asked. No one deserves to die. He laid her in his bed and then pulled the covers over her, tucking her in tightly and going to get more blankets.

He covered her up with two more blankets and turned the music up.

He mouthed her name, Annabelle. but no noise came out. Then he winced when that word came back, mute.

He stood out on the balcony, smoking a cigar because he didn't want to get high but wanted to smoke.

Luke jumped and looked over at Annabelle. He rushed over to her.

He got into bed with her and just held her, not knowing what else to do.

He rubbed her back in a soothing manner.

He sighed and tried relaxing but it's been a while since he'd been this close to anyone.

It didn't take long for him to relax. He didn't go to sleep though, figuring if he did, Annabelle might wake up and run away.

He got up and got her some blankets. Noticing how much she shivered.

He wrapped her up in another blanket before crawling in next to her again.

He pulled her closer, not knowing what to do with himself.

Her eyes opened slowly. She was confused on where she was.
Noticing she was waking up, he got out of bed.

He stood next to the balcony door, not sure how to tell her.

He walked over and sat on the edge of the bed before signing, "you're at my apartment. I found you, passed out in the cold."

"I never said you needed anyone," he shrugged.
Mod
"and what makes you believe that?" He signed.
