Worst: Foul Is Fair, Girls Made of Snow and Glass
Rest of the year, I'll be finishing my #RockMyTBR Challenge. I've got a few e-arcs from Netgalley coming up, The Book of Two Ways (Jodi Picoult's new book) and All The Stars and Teeth. I do like to see what I'm in the mood for, but there are a few of 2020 releases (The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, Queen of Volts, The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue) that I definitely want to read before the end of the year.

- Mistborn
- The Shadow and Bone Trilogy
- The Daevabad Trilogy
- Skyward
- The Forgotten Garden
- Kafka on the Shore
- The Vine Witch
Not worst, but quite disappointing:
- Reckoners Series
- A Series of Unfortunate Events
- The Toll
The worst:
- The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change
- An Elegant Defense: The Extraordinary New Science of the Immune System: A Tale in Four Lives
- The High Price of Materialism
- Leah on the Offbeat
So far I've read 41/100 books and 9 books behind according to Goodreads. Lol.
I'm 50% done with my mount tbr challenge, but have only manged to finish 5/15 series so far.

As for the rest of the year, idk. I don't tend to make tbr lists for myself because I can never stick to them. Lol. I do plan on finishing The Dark Artifices and maybe read some other Cassie Clare books, and finish some other series too.
Two books I am very excited to read though are

Best books I've read this year so far aka the books I loved who made me feel a bit obsessed with them:

Worst books I've read this year so far aka ugh the books I disliked because they disappointed me:

For the second half of the year I want to read more books than I possibly can and I am terribly excited about too many of them!
So far this year I am at 57/80 books and 17 books ahead of schedule according to goodreads! I have only managed to finish 3 series so far and only 9 books that I have owned in hardcopy prior to the start of the year.
The best, in no particular order:
along with so many more that were amazing and close to 5 stars but didn't quite make it.
The worst/most disappointing:
and
didnt live up to the first book
didn't either
For the rest of the year I am going to attempt to read more of what I already own. Also I plan on reading more mysteries and historical fiction again to not burn out on the multiple fantasy genres. There's a ton of books I am hoping to read before the end of the year but I try not to plan too far in advance. I'll also join more challenges then I can possibly ever finish but will have fun with it anyway

Jo, those are some good books! I really need to get to The Gilded Wolves. Keep rocking your TBR!!
Elena, some of your worst ones sound just terrible even from the title! Happy you are enjoying The Shadow and Bone Trilogy so much, we will have to get the thread back running when you get to six of crows.
Lili keep going on that TBR mountain!
Teodora, glad you've stepped outside your reading box and are enjoying it

Thanks! The Gilded Wolves is amazing, definitely recommend. No 5 stars yet, but not really surprised by that, I'm super picky, there's this certain feeling that I get when a book is 5 stars, it's hard to describe but even though I've had books I've really enjoyed this year, none of them have given me that feeling.
I've read 44 books, which according to goodreads is 19 books ahead on my challenge to read 50 books.

I’m sorry you didn’t like it Jo. I didn’t think it was as good as book 1 but I did love it still.

I didn't hate it, I was just disappointed. I think my expectations were too high!

I LOVED Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. That was an awesome one.
