I think it had two perspectives, the girl and the guy. The girl was really into fashion but the guy was being forced to be in the class for some reason?? The guy worked as like a blacksmith or something. I specifically remember that at the end of the book, they had a fashion show where they show off their designs, and the guy had a little girl be his model and he made something fancy out out of metal?? I probably read it 3-5 years ago.

I don't remember exactly how old they were, but definitely high school aged. As for the location, definitely America. It might have been New York. The fashion program was with a fashion design college, which might have been FIT, but I'm not certain.
