Dark romance - I read in 2016 I think. The guy I don’t think he is in a gang but I do remember him being dark for some reason. And the girl is considered all perfect

Lthe girl start a relationship with this guy that’s considered dark or something like that, and she gets pregnant but when she goes to the doctor she gets the news that she has a tumor around her uterus or something like it and they tell her she has to abort it and start treatment but she decides to keep the baby even the her boyfriend thought she shouldn’t and she starts eating healthy to try and make the cancer not grow and ends up being all ok becaus se she has the baby and there is no more cancer
