MMA (some sort of fighting) Romance Guy back in the states training for a new fight finds girl who snuck into his gym

Read within the last 4-5 years. A fighter (I think MMA) is pretty successful in the circuit and recently returned to the states after fighting over seas for a few years. He made good money and talks about how he used some of the money he won from a fight in Japan to buy this really tricked out dodge Charger. He goes back to his gym one night and encounters a girl using the shower because she is either homeless or doesn't have a safe place to shower. He ends up taking her back to his house and taking care of her and they get to know each other and end up in a relationship......
