The Houston area was spared! The news channels said the hurricane hooked into Louisiana and missed Houston, but the poor residents in Louisiana were hit by a 20' high wall of water from the storm surge. I have been praying for them. So many terrible events, catastrophic really, have been tearing our nation apart. Sad and scary times we are living in! πͺπ
