Book is about children specifically raised for their abilities in military simulations that have replaced war on Earth. There are three(?) on a team, one who almost touches the hologram soldiers, one who hacks, and a third who does something, maybe guides missiles around? The simulations have replaced war, but the countries on earth specifically raise children away from their parents for it. It's definitely some kind of war games book, I think the name might be a pun or reference to Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? but I'm not 100% on that. It's driving me nuts to remember so much about the book but not the title. Main character and one other on the team are male, other is female. It's not even that good of a book but maybe that's why it's not on any of the lists I've scoured.
