JackAttack The Mime Order (The Bone Season, #2) by Samantha Shannon

Holy smokes I cannot wait for this book! It releases on Jan 27th (will start that day) so I will likely be a bit behind the official end of the book week but I absolutely cant pass this up!

Camilla Ooooh, I wasn't aware that it's coming out now! I just finished The Bone Season and it was one of the few books that I gave 5 stars to this year. But I will probably wait until it's available in the library.

I know some people didn't care for Bone Season but I just loved it! Way to go to have the will power to wait on library rentals!

Yay, I just checked and our library has already ordered it! I read the first one as a library book, so reluctant to buy the second one (I hate it if I own only part of a series).

Jessie Wolf Definitely reading this as soon as it comes out!

JackAttack Just picked this up at the store! Can't wait to start :)

Lucky you! I wonder how long it takes before our library gets it.

JackAttack Fell a bit behind on this book as I picked it up late into the week. I'm hoping to have it finished by tomorrow!

It was a slow start for me. It took me a 100 or so pages to remember the setting/terms/etc - a lot of flipping to the glossary. It has picked up, though, and I'm really getting into the story!

JackAttack Week 4 Thoughts - The Mime Order

Finally finished this. This was one of my most anticipated books of 2015, surprised it took so long to finish. As mentioned above, I had a difficult time getting into the first part of the book. It was a slow process with frequent flipping to the back of the book for the glossary/maps. Not that anyone would do this, but I absolutely would NOT recommend reading this book without first reading The Bone Season. About half way through part 2 I couldn't put it down. Book is an excellent mix of action/mystery/fantasy/romance. Cant wait for the 3rd book!
