I can’t for the life of me remember what this book is called.

All I can really remember is that the main character Angelo and his family are put in witness protection because of something his dad saw maybe, which Angelo eventually escapes to go find his girlfriend, all with the mob hot in his tail.

For some reason the name “Moving Target” comes to mind, but I can’t find the right description anywhere online!
