Was also going to recommend this. This book is a great and interesting read. Currently reading it now.






I've read most of the Uglies series, and ergh did not like it at all and definitely not what I'm looking for.
I want something more like mental illness caused by weight issues.
And now that I think of it, really anything to do with mental illness I guess, but with weight issues is just a bonus!

Another slightly different type, about a girl who's curvy/bigger but is proud and confident about it? Do those even exist? If not, I'll write one.



married couple, where the wife is the protagonist who forces herself and her husband to enter a competition at her work place, against approximately 12 other couples who all have to loose as much weight as possible in a set amount of days. Whoever looses the most weight wins 50 grand...

In every book I read, the main character is always so uncharacteristically beautiful, she never notices it, but has plenty of guys liking her and blah blah.
No, I want something a bit more realistic. I mean, I'm not ugly. I have a boyfriend, blah blah, but when I was younger I wasn't a hidden beauty so to speak.
