I combined both Kindle editions. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... to be merged and recombined.

I'm not done double checking but here are some that deserve an update:

101. Next time please separate the editions together to be merged.
If you or someone else would please recombine it; I have lost the book record that it needs to be combined with. This one is on page 4 of Chekov’s combine page, but I don’t see the others. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

126. I merged the first one. If the authors do not intend to publish the others, they will have to write to Support, perhaps again if it has been some time.

171. This edition has small text in the bottom corner; the other one does not. I can’t tell what it means - is it an ad from a website or is it on the book itself?

173. At some point this edition was changed from Paperback to Kindle and back; I added the ISBN to make it the paperback edition.
