i only remember certain, kind of specific plot points. the year had to be 2018/19. the main character wakes up on a train, in facepaint and a tight pink dress. later, she tries to remove the facepaint but she sees that it is sharpie, and the words help are scratched into her chest. MC lives in New York. her best friend who was named Sam or Sammie or Samantha has suddenly dissapeared. The size difference between them was brought up a lot (mc was big and sam was petite) I know using twizzlers as straws was brought up, and Sam and MC were last seen with two sketchy dudes.
