Ora (oeamis) Cerulean Sins (Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter, #11) by Laurell K. Hamilton green enough?

message 408: by Ora (new)

Ora (oeamis) I have another question. I didn’t really think about it until I saw the task again. Task 109 read a book in epistolary eg diary, letter, email. The book I finished today What the Wind Knows the end of each with part of Thomas’s diary. Some entries are longer than others. Does that count? By the way the book is on KU if anyone needs to look to see if that is sufficient.

message 409: by Ora (new)

Ora (oeamis) I’m not sure if anyone else has considering doing the Morris dancing task, however I found The Case of the Missing Morris Dancer. I was able to download it from hoopla. Not sure if it will be any good, but it’s a cozy mystery and only 224 pages.

If it's listed on the main page, yes.

Ora (oeamis) For series with 31+ books, do novella counts? I am almost 1/3 of the way through Christine Feehan's Dark series. With novellas, there are over 31 books released books in the series and want to know if that will work.

Judy | 4065 comments Hey everyone :) how's it going?

Just to get a better overview of what’s still coming: Which books do you think you’ll finish before the deadline for Round 1?

Melinda and I would also like you to finish your last Round 1 books by 6pm CET (5pm UK time / 12pm EST) tomorrow so we can make sure everything is ready in good time for the check-in. Here's a countdown timer for our internal check-in.

We'll let you know once we're officially checked in - which means no finishing books between the check-in and the end of the round, because they won't count anymore.

Let's see whether we can finish a 9th sandcastle! Ours looks at least as good as this one:

Does this work for "Read a book with text only cover"? Does it look brown or grey (or something else) to you?

message 440: by Ora (new)

Ora (oeamis) I am going at least 3 completion posts today, maybe four. I have Spectrum coming out today at 10 am and hopefully figure out why I am having so much trouble with my internet.
I am a little frustrated with the next BOM. A couple weeks ago copies were available with the ebook and audiobook. Now there is a wait list. For the ebook I am number 26 out of 15 copies and number 6 out of 5 audiobook copies. I have an approximate 3 week wait for the audiobook. Hopefully it won't take that long to get a copy.

Ora (oeamis) I just looked up Dear Martin at my library. I have holds for both audiobook and ebook. Each one is about a 4 week wait. Hopefully it won't be that long. Wished July's BOM were available on scribd or hoopla.
