I hope to still make it through the rest of Such a Fun Age & Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat: Mastering the Elements of Good Cooking. And I've realized my library loan of Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI also runs out soon & it doesn't work for any letters for next week so I might try to get that done as well (haven't even started yet which... should be fun...)

But since I'm working a full 8 hour shift, maybe even from the office, tomorrow... I'm not overly optimistic 😬
