Ahhhhh, hubby just left for work, and if all goes according to plan, won't be back until Friday! Books, glorious books. I will be getting down to some serious reading now :D

Oh, I liked that series but it took a bit for me to get into it. The Clockwork trilogy that is a prequel was SOOO much better.

I'm definitely kicking City of Bones' backside today. only did 90 pages of it yesterday... but did get halfway through The Priory of the Orange Tree, so it's not all bad.
Looking forward to finding out what our new word will be... at least we won't be getting these same tags again! lol.

So I wasn't really interested in seeing the City of Bones movie after reading the book, as I've not been very impressed, but was intrigued by the character Luke, so thought I'd have a quick peek at who they got to play him...Guess who will be watching the movie now? lol.

So true. Plus I hated Jace's casting. He felt emptier than when he was playing the volturi guy in the twilight franchise.
I finished Deeper Blue yesterday... is not that I didn't like it, but it was a bit... I don't know... tiresome...All the constant doubts, and petty arguments, and indecisions.... I love me some angst... but it didn't felt... real. I quite enjoyed the resolution.. you know... when they finally started acting like adults and talking instead of sulking? Yeah. Although some of the things said were not on my liking... but, it was an enjoyable read.
To make up for that, I picked another Jocelynn Drake & Rinda Elliott book. You know, since I was so obsessed with the last two series I read from them. And it is... weird so far. And confusing. I'm pretty sure it will improve... at least I hope so... but I would appreciate the paranormal aspects to have a little more explanation... or the dabbling into powers to be a little more.... I dunno... experimenting? It feels like special snowflake effect... Maybe it improves, somehow.
Hope it gets better Sonia! It's so disappointing when that happens :(Don't know what to read next, as any print book I start today won't likely get done this round, so going to hang on until the new word is announced and listen to audio in the meantime. :)
