I was going to play, alas, I got sick with what the doctors think was COVID and wasn't sure how long recovery would be, so I dropped out as not to be a team liability. Feeling much better now but for a few weeks there it was rough. Just a "mild" case so wasn't hospitalized, but it was no joke. I've never been that miserable.
So happy to know I'm missed though.
Though now I've revealed I'm a thread lurking stalker :P

I think next round I will start with the Unearthed series but it is only two books so I will search for more.
Anyone know of any U space opera's? I am really craving space operas right now.
If not I might try Uninvited or Unremembered and try to bang out a few U series.

Did we ever find out for sure about whether we are limited on our read books? I'm going to do some lurking because I did put down about 16 books for the month but not sure if thats the limit. Hmm.....
I thought the consensus was that other groups had asked and the answer was no? If not, we may have to take off a few of mine. I put down 6 for the month but I am having the best month I have had all year and have already finished 5.
That’s what I thought but wanted to make sure because this is to try and get the most points for the team and I was figuring that the reason for asking is due to the grouping. I just want to make sure 😉

Yeah, there's no penalty for reading over your allowance this time. I'll personally be sticking to mine this round, but I'm choosing bigger books on purpose, lol.
Looks like we'll have loads of Us, lol.But if we look like we're running short, or next time we get U words thrown at us, I'll start again from scratch with the The Last Kingdom series. Loads of U books there :)

Round 2 starts on Friday right? I'm 19 minutes or so away from completing this book that makes no dang sense to me but tis 20 past 11 here and my brain is rejecting the last couple of chapters right now.
