I did not create the Alternate Cover Edition (ACE), but I saw your note on the original edition.

Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers because users like to shelve the edition that matches the one they own. Instead, we create alternate cover editions (ACEs), and you as the author have the ability to set the new cover as default, that is the one that will appear on your page and in all searches.
