How are you guys coming with your lists?

How are you guys coming with your lists?
I honestly can say I forgot about this list. I am going to start working on reading books off this list now.

Okay, I'm picking one of these off this list to read next. I'm going to tackle Surviving Hitler: A Boy in the Nazi Death Camps. Nothing like a little light reading! lol

Boom! Power read today to finish this one, One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich. It was ridiculously well written, and I can see why Solzhenitsyn won the Nobel Prize for this (and, consequently, why it was on my high school recommended reading list), but it was kind of tough to get into the spirit of a Soviet work camp in the middle of June. Next year I need to pick a few lighter titles to read, I think. lolHere's a link to my review if anyone is interested. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Have a great night!
I finally finished The Wonderful Wizard of Oz this past weekend. I cannot believe I waited this long to read this book.

I did enjoy it. I look forward to reading the next book in the series soon. I remember watching the movie and liking it. I am also about to finish reading Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West which is sort of a retelling of Oz.

I think you have the start of your 7 degrees challenge! lol
I think I am going to be happy if I finish half of this list before the end of the year. At this rate, that is the only thing I can see happening.

I can't get into Dreamcatcher right now so I am moving on to the next one on the list. Only a few months left for this list.

Once again this year I'm going to fail at completing this challenge, BUT the one book I really want to knock off of here is A Tale of Two Cities, so I've restarted it today and I'm making it a priority over the next few days to finish that and get it off next year's list.

I realized I forgot to come back here and mark off To Kill a Mockingbird as finished. I am currently reading Poetry Speaks: Hear Great Poets Read Their Work from Tennyson to Plath which I believe I will finish over the next two days and possibly Nighttime Is My Time as well.

Well, I'm a failure at getting A Tale of Two Cities read before the end of 2015, but I did knock six off of this list this year.

Setting up my 2016 list because I really like this challenge even though I've never actually finished one. I'll copy it over to a 2016 topic thread once it gets set up. 2016 12+2 Challenge

Post 12 books that you want to read this year and see how many you can finish by December 31st!
You don't have to read them in the order that you post them. Also, just because you have them doesn't mean that you are going to like the book so you can post some alternatives if you want or just post that you tried reading the book and it wasn't for you.
If you would like a little bit more of a challenge can you find 12 books from all different genres or at least different subgenre of books if they are in the same genre?
