Okay so the two sisters are taken to a dragon world. There's a war against some fairy type creatures. The reason the sisters are taken to this world is because the youngest sister was actually born from a dragon egg and the dragon's need her for some reason. The older sister ends up with the fairy like creatures not realizing they are the enemy because she only know them from pictures depicted them in their scary looking armor. She comes to like the fairy people and realizes that both sides are good and the war shouldn't even be happening

Also the dragons could only fly by blowing fire which propelled them. They didn't have wings
