(Out of character: Nikk, beaters are done now, yes? There are no Quaffles in play. I am having some trouble remembering but without a Quaffle, everyone is grounded.)
Lexi wrote: "(Out of character: Nikk, beaters are done now, yes? There are no Quaffles in play. I have vagues memories of being very relieved during the last games that I didn't have to continue with a beater attack of a terrible book when the quaffle was broken :-P
Lexi wrote: "I agree. Let us stick with that. I think we are self moderating this evening."sounds good :-)
*wanders in sleepily* oh! A break in quaffle already! That's some fierce defending by the Magpies! And I see they are making sure they have a solid quaffle!

Snacks are always good. My brother, who because of the heat here is still awake, just stole the box of snacks I hid in my room.I think we are doing well. Beaters and Keeper are waiting around. Chasers are fixing quaffle or napping.
(PS top judgements on the umpiring. Will clarify the rules about beater actions during quaffle breaks)
Also, The Squirrel on the Train?? I'm not clicking on that for the fear of what I might find. A bit early to be throwing down bad titles isn't it? Save the psychological warfare for hour 30!
