Also, there was a "David Keaton" profile created when the publisher added it here on Goodreads, I think this was because they forgot to use my middle name. This is the extraneous author profile here that can be deleted:

Hello,I realize that I am probably posting this question in the wrong discussion forum, but given how I joined this site only five minutes ago I've already become lost. So I apologize in advance for that.
I recently published a short story on Amazon.com and I am hoping to make it available on Goodreads. I have no idea how to do this, and I can't seem to find it in the library.

I only find one "Sam Malone" author's profile

does not exist anymore since I have merged it with the more proper "Samuel A. Malone" one. So, at the moment, there is no "Sam Malone" on Goodreads. If you want you can create yours without being confused with someone else.
