Childrens book, read late 80's early 90's, was older book then. About a young boy who didn't want to eat. Parents brought in a Dr. who started recommended feeding him small amts of food, even minature versions. Gradually decreased amt of food then increased amt of food. At one point he was down to a grain of rice and a thimble of liquid. Eventually gets hungry enough and decides to eat normal amts.
