She has to taking singing lessons with this boy whose mother is not well and his father is dead. Her younger brother puts temporary tattoos for the kids in school.
In the end that boy wears his fathers suit and his mother comes to watch the play.

How old is the girl? What's her role in the play?

I read it between 2009 and 2012. The girl is in high school. I can’t remember her role in the play but she had to sing. The boy that she goes to for lessons plays the piano and he had a lead in the play. I think the play was about Dracula.

And I could tell that she and the boy like each other but I can’t remember if they end up together
