Lauren C | 81 comments Hi everyone!

I hope you are all having a good start to the month and are reading some good books! I finally bowed to pressure and have begun reading Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens. I was putting it off because I thought it couldn't possibly live up to the hype- but I am thoroughly enjoying it so far!

Kathleen | 71 comments I started rereading "Good Omens" over the weekend, in honor of the 30th anniversary of the original release! I've only got about a hundred pages left - just got to the /other/ Four Horsemen. It's so much funnier than I remembered!

That's on my to-reread list after watching the miniseries. I appreciated the adaptation, but it made me want to read it again to better compare them.

I just started listening to Norse Mythology. Being a fan of the Marvel cinematic universe, it's difficult to not think of those characters as Neil Gaiman tells their stories.

Mirkat | 276 comments Cassandra, I would listen to Gaiman narrating a phone book or a shopping list. When I listen to him narrating a book, I listen to every bit, including the acknowledgements, I love his voice so much. :)

Diana | 84 comments Anxiously awaiting The Deck of Omens, and in the meantime working on Backstretch Girls. My long-time to-reads stack contains The Gulf: The Making of An American Sea, which seems like a good door-stop book to read in quarantine...

Joanna | 2 comments Just finished Sue Monk Kidd’s Book of Longings, it was amazing!

I have my 1,000 page biography of Ulysses S Grant by Ron Chernow that I keep eyeing... it's been hanging around my house for 2 years now, this may be when I finally start it!
