Trustee from the Toolroom by Nevil Shute, 5*****s, 5-3-20
I live in the US. This book was set in England BUT that is only the beginning! I feel like I've been around the world! This book took me from Ealing, Middlesex, England to Hawaii, Tahiti, Seattle, Cincinnati, back to Seattle, and then back to Ealing - by plane, ship, and small boat. A wonderful book to read right now when travelling is so limited. There were also other reasons that I gave this one 5 stars -- it was SO good!!
4. Social Distancing: Read a book where the first letter of each title word can be found in: SOCIAL DISTANCING (3-word minimum / All words count)

An American Tragedy by Theodore Dreiser, 3***s, 5-4-20

I'm glad you're doing this one too so I can see what you picked to read. I am here to apologize to you about what I said about David Sedaris a few years back. I got one of his in Blind Date with a Book this year. I wasn't looking forward to it but it fit the "Humor" aspect of this challenge...so off I went and I really enjoyed this one. If you haven't read it, I would recommend it!!
