Dystopian book where everyone has to be live and connected at all times and people get plastic surgery

Many years ago I’m convinced that I read a book that was written mid-1900s where people had to always be online, and men and women got plastic surgery to exaggerate their features. I remember a description of a woman with huge breasts (sorry). I’ve been trying to think of the name of this book for years!

I'm sure I've heard of this one... are the woman's breasts so large that she's basically incapacitated by them, can't walk around, etc.?

@Becca, yes, that’s it! I think people got the plastic surgery to enhance sexual features and everyone basically had their whole lives on television. It’s so like real life now but I just can’t remember the name of the book 😩
