I'm over 16 and a half.
I don't really have a favorite author but I like N. K. Jemisin, Robin Hobb, and Erin Morgenstern, among others.
My favorite genres are nonfiction, adult fantasy, YA historical and contemporary, and anything with LGBTQIAP+ protagonists.
Writing books? My books are very diverse, so maybe that would help humanity.

Hello, I’m Abby! My pronouns are she/her and they/them. I’m excited to be in this group!

Welcome Tiffany, Cat, Nope I'm a writer, bookish Abby and Zoe!! Thanks a lot for joining the club. I hope you love being a part of it.
Hi! I'm Nikki. My favorite authors are Abbie Emmons and Shannon Messenger. I'm not really comfortable saying my age. My favorite genres are dystopian. fantasy, and romance. I will help humanity by being a good citizen, being responsible for everything I say and do. :D

hello i'm utkarsha call me nel

I'm Nica and I'm 30 years old. I love the classics but I also read from all sorts of genre. I try to keep an open mind. THe same goes with mosic and movies.
When something, a title or a cover or just a passage catch my attention I read it/research or soemthing but I'm also not scared of walking away from books(or closing it for good) if the spark is not there.
Having said that, so far I only have 3 books that I did not finish intentionally. I also have a bad habit of re-reading favorite books even though I have a lot of unread books lined up haha.
I love George Orwell. I think 1984 will never not be relevant. I also love JD Salinger I think Raise High the Roof Beam, Carpenters and Seymour: An Introduction is one of those books that kept on popping up in my thoughts months after I have finished reading it.
How would I help humanity? That's a hard question. I support people a lot. It can be draining sometimes but I like being there for people I like to let them know that someone tries to understand them. I may not understand everything but I try to keep an open mind and I hope it counts.
I know I sound really vague and I'm not even sure I make sense with what I'm saying here. so.. I'll just end this here. thanks for having me.
Hello! I'm Natalie! This group looks awesome! (thanks for the invite Domitylle :) )
My favorite books include Stalking Jack the Ripper, Caraval, Percy Jackson, Three Times Lucky, and The Book Thief. My favorite genres are mystery, dystopian, YA, fantasy, spy/espionage, and historical fiction, but I will pretty much read anything.
I'm not quite sure how I would help humanity. Maybe try to bring happiness into everyone's lives and spread joy?
I'm super excited to participate in all the fun challenges and activities in this group! :D

Hi Natalie! I also love dystopian :D

I'm 18
I don't really have any favorite author's.
Favorite genre would probably be YA, fiction, thriller/suspense
I want to work with children or babies, so I would help humanity that way. we all start as children so if we teach our kids how to be great humans the world would be better..in my humble opinion

I really love classics, Fantasy, and books in the gothic genre.
I also really love epic poetry.
And how I would help humanity would be through my art (acting, drawing, writing, etc.) everyone needs something that they will read/watch/look at that will help them through tough times.

Hi,
My name is Jorja, I live in Auckland and I'm 14. My favourite authors are Cassandra Clare, Lauren Kate, John Green and George Orwell. My favourite genres are YA, dystopia, crime and fantasy. I also want to be a doctor so I would help humanity by providing my services as a doctor in third-world countries and by fighting for equal rights in health sectors for all people. One more thing you should know about me is that I am currently writing a novel, so if anyone out there is too, I'd love to talk about them!
