Hi everyone. I apologize that I haven't engaged or read much this past 6 weeks. Due to sickness and work-from-home, it's put me out of reading for a bit. I'm super thankful to Barb and Bob for continuing the discussions for the past two books! You've both have done wonderfully!

The good news is that I finally am feeling better and super excited to be the moderator for our The Way of Kings read. Last time I checked, this might be our most popular read-along.

Note: Since this book is so long, I've dedicated 6 weeks to reading it. If you're reading the paper version, pay attention to every symbol and sign. Everything means something in this book.

However, I would highly encourage you to read the audiobook. Michael Kramer and Kate Reading are easily the best narrators in the business and this might be their ultimate work.

Who is joining us?
Are you reading a paper version or the audio version?

Thomas Weaver | 24 comments So pumped for this! I have an ebook copy I’ll be reading but I’m also gonna try to borrow the audiobook on Libby whenever it’s available! This is a beast of a book.

Ethan | 12 comments Excited to jump in this as well. I got the audiobook and the ebook version so hopefully I’ll be able to finish it in time lol

I read the audiobook last time and it took a solid month. And I was moving fast. We'll see how it goes this time around. I purposely planned that the next two books after this are light. lol

Garrett Houghton | 17 comments I've had some life stuff get in the way of reading, but I'm back on board for this month. Looking forward to it!

My intro to Sanderson. My daughters are familiar with him and my oldest gave this to my youngest for her birthday once. My oldest is in a book club and "ironically" this is the book they are starting Monday. This is her world. She is a Tolkien/Lewis uber expert and writes in the genre herself. In Sr High literature her teacher had her teach the section on Tolkien. Ill be picking her brain

Me! My first Sanderson book, and one of the first true fantasy books I've read. It's not a genre I'm super familiar with (Red Sister was my first book of this kind, really).
