many times, especially with authors writing series, like Slaughter, it is very hard to catch on a book if you have not read the previous ones. If the writer is among your favs, go and get all the books. But what if you like it, no more than that? I read other books by Slaughter, not understanding what it was about until the end, or just never. In this one, if you don't know about Sara's husband or Will's childhood, you'll be lost. My question is to find an internet site which can give you some explanations, a summary, a description of the characters to enable you to go ahead.
If it is a bad spot to post it, please change it!
Thank you
I am now reading a lisa Jackson book, in which I don't know what from the flash backs comes from an other book and what is real Not easy. About memories concerning Rick Bentz...without having read the other ones, your reading experience is not much.

You can go to the author's website, or simply google whatever you want to know and many sites will come up. Wikipedia usually has summaries of books, including character information. For example, I googled "Will Trent character," and Wikipedia came up with a biography on him, among other things. Just be careful because you'll be encountering spoilers doing this.
