I believe I read this in early 2010s, possibly late 2000s, The front cover was yellow with a large crowd of cartoon individuals on it. Each story I believed came from a different characters' perspectives.
Spoilers Ahead:

One story comprised a pupil who tried a meal from the school canteen ( initially known to have been disgusting/poisonous) and ended up enjoying it but caused him to kiss everyone who he saw. Another story showed a new pupil at the school but the teacher had got his name wrong on the first day and kept referring to him by this name.
